Rental

Reception Only Event Center Rental Includes:

  • Four hours for actual event
    ($200 per hour for each additional hour)
  • Building access after 10 a.m. on the day of the event for decorating, photos, etc.
  • Use of reception hall and patio/waterfall area
  • Tables and mahogany chiavari chairs for guest seating
  • White crinkle table cloths

Wedding & Reception Rental

Wedding & Reception Rental Includes the Reception Only Rental as well as:

  • One additional hour for ceremony
  • One hour for wedding rehearsal prior to the wedding day
  • Patio/waterfall area for outdoor wedding
  • Chapel for indoor wedding (which can be used as a rain backup)
  • New bridal suite located in the chapel
  • Dressing room for groom in main building
  • White garden chairs for ceremony seating

*Friday and Sunday discounted prices: $2,700 for just a reception – $3,200 for a wedding and reception.

If you would like to serve alcohol at your event please be aware that The Arbor will not provide any form of alcohol for your event. However, we do allow beer, wine, champagne and two signature drinks (margaritas, daiquiris, etc.) to be served. If you are serving any form of alcohol you will be required to hire a security guard and a bartender.

We also have decorative items available for rental. This includes a white lounge furniture set and portable bar as well as the crystal tree centerpieces and other items. Please ask for additional pricing and information.

The Arbor is the perfect location for your next event.

The Arbor is a versatile venue that can accommodate many different kinds of parties and events. Whether you are celebrating a family or personal milestone, hosting a shower or luncheon, or planning a community event, The Arbor is the perfect location. The event center has a beautiful banquet hall that can be arranged to suit your needs and seats up to 220 guests.  There is also a patio that can be used for outdoor events.
The price to rent the center depends on the size and date of your event. Rental includes:
  • Four hours for actual event ($200.00 per hour for each additional hour)
  • Building access after 10 a.m. on the day of event for set-up, decorating, etc.
  • Tables and chairs for guest seating
  • Tables for food service, DJ, cakes, etc.
  • White crinkle tablecloths
  • PA system for speaking
  • On-site support during event
  • Set-up of tables and chairs before event
  • Clean-up after event
 

If you would like to serve alcohol at your event please be aware that The Arbor will not provide any form of alcohol for your event.
