Indoor & outdoor weddings and receptions

A beautiful place to get married in every season.
Here you can choose to exchange your vows outdoors in front of our striking waterfall or inside our beautiful chapel. If you are planning an outdoor ceremony the chapel is always available as a backup to eliminate weather concerns. After the ceremony the rest of the evening will be spent celebrating in our elegant reception hall and on the adjoining patio/ waterfall area.

We can accommodate a wide array of styles and events. The Arbor is the perfect location, whether you are celebrating a wedding or personal milestone or hosting a business function. The event center has a beautiful and versatile banquet hall that can be used for any event and seats from 50 to 220 guests. There is also an adjoining patio that can be used for indoor/outdoor events. For all events we have a completely open vendor policy and we will work closely with you to personalize the venue to suit your needs.

The prices listed apply to peak season Saturday events. Prices are discounted for Friday/Sunday events and off season dates.

Reception Only Rental

Reception Only Event Center Rental Includes:

  • Four hours for reception
  • Building access after 10 a.m. on the day of the event for decorating, photos, etc.
  • Use of reception hall (seats up to 220 guests)
  • Tables and mahogany chiavari chairs for guest seating
  • Additional tables for buffet, DJ, etc.
  • White crinkle table cloths for all tables
  • Use of patio area
  • Standing height tables for patio
  • Private dressing room
  • Paved parking
  • Open vendor policy
  • Bridal portrait photoshoot availability
  • On-site support during event
  • Set-up of tables and chairs before event
  • Clean-up after event
  • $3400

Wedding & Reception Rental

Wedding & Reception Rental Includes:

  • Five hours for ceremony and reception
  • Building access after 10 a.m. on the day of the event for decorating, photos, etc.
  • One hour for wedding rehearsal prior to the wedding day
  • Patio/waterfall area for outdoor wedding
  • White garden chairs for outdoor ceremony seating
  • Chapel for indoor wedding (which can be used as a bad weather backup at no additional charge)
  • Mahogany chiavari chairs for indoor ceremony seating
  • Use of banquet hall for reception
  • Tables and mahogany chiavari chairs for guest seating
  • Additional tables for buffet, DJ, etc.
  • White crinkle table cloths for all tables
  • Use of patio area for reception
  • Standing height tables for patio
    Bridal suite located in the chapel
  • Dressing room for groom in main building
  • Paved parking
  • Open vendor policy
  • On-site support during event
  • Set-up of tables and chairs before event

Friday/ Sunday prices:
Reception only – $3,000 • Wedding & Reception – $3,400
Off season discounts:
Deduct $400 for dates in January, February, March, August and December.

If you would like to serve alcohol at your event please be aware that The Arbor will not provide any form of alcohol for your event. However, we do allow beer, wine, champagne and three signature drinks (margaritas, daiquiris, etc.) to be served. If you are serving any form of alcohol you will be required to hire a security guard and a bartender.

Whether you are celebrating a family or personal milestone, hosting a business event, or planning a community function, The Arbor is the perfect location. The event center has a beautiful banquet hall that can be arranged to suit your needs and seats from 50 – 220 guests. There is also a patio that can be used for outdoor events.

Rental includes:

The price to rent the center depends on the size and date of your event. Mondays – Thursdays will have a lower cost than weekend days. Please call us for an individual quote.
